First 4 months I had her. Water leaks, oil leaks, tranny leaks and p/s leaks. All fixed now but she definitely marked her territory. It'll take all summer before the grass recovers.

You can't do much to preserve it. Coating it will change its looks for a short period but wont prolong its life.
