How to replace 68 cuda grille trim studs?

The grille trim on my 68 cuda had very rusty studs and my only choise was to cut them. I have looked around for new trim and cant find any and all the originals that I have found have the same issue, how can I replace the studs.

You should be able to use any fastener with a machine screw post and modify the rest of it with a grinder to fit in the channel...should work

Drill out the rivets so you can get to the studs. Leave one side together
so you have some reference to put it back together.
