I am converting 68 383 notchback to manual trans from auto
i am installing an 833 trans
I am considering using the Wilwood hydraulic clutch package complete with pedals vs the stock mechanical linkage setup . I am thinking the hyd setup would be easier to figure out vs :
1).what linkage do I need
2).how to set it up
3).adjusting the mech set up
Any advice appreciated or thread links

They have pretty good tech, you could ask them.
I run an American Powertrain in my Colt.
Just the bearing.
I have a cylinder mounted in the floor.
Make sure you have at least .100 clearance from the bearing to the clutch fingers.
They say .150 is best, but .100 is minimum.
I changed from a B&B to a diaphragm pressure plate as well.
You bleed it just like brakes.
