I know I'm right....
This is a hydraulic control line that is a pusher but needs a return spring to properly return. It's most likely a throttle cable from a sand rail (PO was a dune buggy guy) but could also be used as a kick down for a Mopar trans. 3/8ish Poly oil line is broken from years of sitting in my garage but is just a generic line that can be bought. Either side can be pushed and the other end will extend same length. $25 plus shipping from 92780 will fit small flat rate without broken hose.
