Sure you can... just cruise around some neighborhoods and get used to it, then hit some streets. It's really not hard you just have to make sure you pay attention. I am lucky here in erie, I learned on our penninsula. Lots of turns and not to many cars at night... and relatively narrow roads, fun stuff!
