What goes behind steering wheel mount to depress horn actuator and has wire to go threw wheel to horn??and what's it called and we're to get one

Excuse me but someone already showed what is on the back of OEM steering wheel in separate thread. It rides on the spring loaded horn contact. The steel retainer ring also serves as signal cancel.
That part doesn't work for aftermarket steering wheels. If you have a aftermarket steering wheel, Grant, whatever, you will need the accompanying horn kit for it.
