the oil pan they have listed here is for a magnum, i think dusterboy needs one for LA smallblock

If it's like the picture shows, there's no baffling at all in the pan. Are there normally no baffles in a factory 360 pan? I'd have to look, but I thought there was something in the 340 pan I have. Maybe I'm wrong. I'd prefer something to at least stop the oil from moving to the back of the pan on hard acceleration.

a 360 pan is NOT a 340 pan, but i have not seen baffles in a stock 340 pan ethier. the louvers are in the optional windage tray. aftermarket race pans have baffles, hinged flaps etc. Doug
