/6 Auto...if the body is in good shape and straight, convertible top frame solid and the material has protected it and minimized rust through that number could be pretty decent.
3 pictures... Not a good way to appreciate the vehicle and lends me to believe that the above criteria may not be met. There's not much rigidity to the entire car without a hardtop.
Really like that body style, and I have seen full quarters are available for them now. 1 picture is not nearly enough to make any judgment on, but being under a tarp for years is not good news.
Well, on a positive note, there's no key and can't access the inside so at least the windows were up....

Hey for anyone interested in this car, buyer beware. I looked at it a while back when the previous owner was selling it for $3,000. It was a total rust bucket… the expense of repairing was way beyond the value of the car. And now it’s sold by a different owner, 1 year later with a fresh coat of paint for $10,000? Bondo is holding that one together.
