Builder must be a retired pipe fitter judging from the intake and exhaust
Saw the Willys grill hiding in there and thought the rest of the Willys was following it, no luck
Now that I look closer, I think that is a Willys cab.
I really don’t get the appeal for these “Rat Rods”. To me its as practical as a 40 HP Johnson on at 720 John Deere tractor! But to each their own.

When your "involved" in the car scene it is nice to be "seen". This gives that to you in the car world. Well, you do have to look down to see it.
