1968 Plymouth Valiant Signet for sale by owner - Louisville, KY - craigslist
'68 Ply. Valiant Signet for sale. Rust-free So. Cal. car. Electric Blue Poly outside, black interior. Lots of extra parts. Has a SSBC $1000. drum-to-disc conversion kit that comes with it. Bought the larger spindles needed for the conversion. Old carpet was removed. The back seat is here. Drove it into the garage, so the engine does start. I have more pics. Clear title in my hand. A great project with no rusty panels, floors, trunk or broken glass. Email for 20+ pics. Solid car. It needs to go. My total investment is much higher than this. For everything included, you're getting quite the bargain. $4000. OR BEST OFFER. Make me a reasonable offer. There is a lot of value here.

IT HAS TO GO!

I'll know by Fri. or Sat. if it is sold.
$4000

1973 plymouth fury for sale by owner - Detroit, MI - craigslist
$1700

This is my picks for myself today, love this year and it's equipped perfectly for me. Love it.

now this one is something like my younger son is looking for, If I had the spare cash I would by it for him and let them go after it, and see my brother inlaw as a bonus. Good deal here to be had

Of all the old cars I currently own not one of them came from where I live.

They came from Northeast Iowa (Hemmings 1995) , Western Tennessee (Craigslist), Northwestern North Carolina (Craigslist), Southern Alabama (AMC Forum),

Northern Nevada (Craigslist), Southern California (Craigslist), Central Texas (Facebook Marketplace), and I might be getting another soon from Southern Kansas (FBBO).

The internet has sure helped with finding things you think you want and need. If I had more garage space there would probably be a lot more here.

excellent work.

i look forward to buying it off of you in 6~8 months from now when you've done the hard work and sunk a whole pile of money into it but have been swayed by the siren song of another mopar that's just too good to pass up.

naturally, i will take your call and protest that i need not another project only to cave because of your excellent salesmanship and at which point i will push whatever pile of rubbish half finished project into the back area to be with the increasingly, alarming, growing hoard of four wheeled mopar things and stuffs to make room for this new hotness.

I truly believe the world would stop turning if it wasn’t for all my shucking and jiving

I can remember back in the 70's and 80's my Dad had a subscription to Hemmings and would pore through those 1" thick magazines as soon as they hit the mailbox and then back through a couple of times. That magazine seemed to have the broadest reach, coast to coast. We would also take Sunday drives and pickup newspapers from other big cities in the region to go through the sale ads and find swap meets and such. Finding parts and cars was a lot of effort. Now you just have Google take care of you in a few minutes.

the Chicago Sun Times seemed to be the best for local papers for car/parts ads. even had a performance section if I remember correctly.
