340 engine with engine stand. Less than 200 mileson fresh rebuild. New trw 10.5-1 .030 inch over pistons and rings, blueprinted, balanced, decked and line bored. 8 bolt Kellogg crankshaft (never re-ground) and flywheel, ported heads with adjustable rockers and chrome valve covers, Mechanical lifters and DC .509 lift and 292 duration camshaft, DC double roller timing chain, Milodon oil pump and large capacity oil pan with windage tray, new edelbrock intake manifold, and electronic ignition distributor. No carb, alternator, water pump or misc brackets.

I am curious of what everyone thinks this is worth. I am planning on going to look at it.

Only question I have is what flexplate to use for this crank. Never heard of a Kellogg crank and its an 8 bolt

I've heard of Kellog Cranks for Hemi's, which happen to have 8 bolt flanges. Value? Quality of machine work alone can be a deal breaker... never mind the quality of assembly and parts.

I'll guess and say about $4,000
.

Damn Mike... Clen Cove is like 10 minutes from me! Where were these deals when I needed an engine?!?!?!?

Paid $4000 for mine with a similar setup. It was built by Magnum Superchargers who are fairly well known in Minneapolis area. Except mine came setup as a turn key engine that was dyno tuned with a holley 750 carb. I think mine was built more for racing so I changed a few things up top for the street. Wish I would have built the engine to my specs but sometime you just gotta run with what you got.
