Idler arm bolt

I took my 69 Dart apart back in 2012. I'm reassembling it now and somewhere along the way something happened to my idler arm bolt. Can someone please tell me what size the bolt should be and what type of castle nut is supposed to be on it? Also, are there supposed to be any washers? Thanks in advance.

Not sure as I have already installed mine but a new bolt came with the idler arm and I already tossed the old idler arm and bolt. Since it's apart, why not replace it?
