I don't need to be reminded that I'm getting old, all I have to do is engage in conversation with people I work with, mention a movie, music, actors, comedians, TV shows and they have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about.........it's all history that I lived and that, in and of itself, can make me feel old

BTW, I was in the 4th grade
 
Getting old.???....... It took me 7-8 tries to climb up in back of the 1 T. to roll off a bale of hay this am!!!!!! LOL pitiful I tell ya!
 
I too was 8, never forget it but at the time I am not sure I understood the gravity of what happened. I did catch a whole bunch of flies with my mouth open while my Mom and her sisters cried like babies.
 
I was The In-House Mail Man, in My 20s, at a local company. - The announcement came over the P A System, about JFKs death, what a shock.
