Can anyone tell me why when I turn my key backward I get no radio on acc but forward in start position it comes on
 
Off hand it sounds like a problem right in the switch

There should be "other things" doing the same thing. Heater blower for instance
 
Aftermarket radio? Somebody wired it to wrong power source. Needs to be wired to
"accessories" power source. If you can't find proper power source, you can tap it into
accessories source on fuse box. Use a fuse.

Forward in 'start' position or forward in 'run' position? If it works in 'run' but not 'acc', someone wired the radio into a wire that is part of the 'run' ignition circuits, when it should be wired to the 'acc' side of the fuse box. Find a service manual and wiring diagrams, or post the year/make/model.
 
Thanks another thing the manuals out their aren't good or color coded right or I'm not finding the right ones.could you explain the acc side of fuse box I follow pretty fast so no worries
