Ignition, Horn, Lights, Radio not working

everything was running fine last night. had no issue, went to go start her today and none of the electronics work. checked the battery and voltage and terminals were fine. any guesses?
it has rained a bit and everything has came back on besides the ignition/ starter. still no click
is there a way to bypass the starter relay to see if that is the problem?

Loose / dirty connections at the bulkhead connector come to mind.

Bad ground.

First thing that comes to mind is the POS replacement battery terminals.
