Ignition lock and keyed door locks.

Take yours to a locksmith and have them keyed alike. Unless you can find nos I doubt there are any new ones out there. If there is they will likely be import crap.

Here is a used set that fit your car according to the seller.

Maybe import isn't crap. Does your keys look like the ones in the links?

Anyone know a good source for an Ignition lock tumbler with matching door-locks?
Not for a '64 model I don't. The keys and ignition switches/tumblers are available but I don't think the door lock cylinders are. If your lock cylinders are still good and just need a key you can have them repinned and matched to your (or a new) ignition as previously mentioned.

The ignition lock cylinder is problematic. I replaced the ignition switch with a NAPA Echlin model. I encountered the same issue. The key has to be toggled up or pressed in hard to get full voltage to the starter. The cylinder is loose in the switch bore. I tried a cheap-charlie Autozone unit. Same thing. Even tried using the Original, unused spare key. So, it seems that I need to replace the cylinder. However, I don't want to have to use a 3rd key (IGN, door, trunk). I was expecting prices to be more in the $65-$75. Guess it is what it is. A locksmith is going to cost the same, if not more to match up doors to a new IGN lock.

Still sounds like you have a bad ignition switch. The lock cylinder is strictly mechanical. It just has a small tang on the back that moves a plastic plate inside the switch. The electrical contacts are all on the inside surface of that plate. There is supposed to be a spring between the lock cylinder and the plastic plate so if yours is missing, that may be part of the problem. If your lock cylinder is worn out, that is another issue. It should be available separately as a replacement part. You can either repin your doors to match the new lock cylinder or repin your new ignition lock cylinder to match your door key(s).
