Ignition lock tumbler

I was replacing my ignition switch and when I removed the tumbler it fell apart. I called Classic industries and of course backorder 6 weeks. Any ideas?

What year car? I might have used sets with ign. and door locks and key.

I have good used switches with tumbler and key. If your switch is still good, I also have new tumblers with keys, both with or without matching door lock cylinders.
