Mike, it's great to see you back on the board and even better knowing you're back at home where you belong. Keep your chin up, give yourself time to heal and recover, and you'll be back to 100% in no time! We've missed ya ... :-D

Wow sounds like you had a rough ride there, glad to hear you made it home! My Mom went for a lung biopsy a few years back and same thing happened to her, she crashed while on the table but thankfully like you made the trip back home. Best wishes to you for good results on your tests, all the best to you and your family:cheers:

Glad you made it back Mike. Sounds like it was rough so rest up the next few days and when your feeling better let us know how it's going. Tracy

Thanks guys!!!!...The Dr. said i need ALOT of rest!!! To give a little low down on what happened,it it will be quick.

I went in for a normal lung biopsy but i didnt get one. The Dr. told my wife that my ribs are very close together and that he almost had to break my ribs to get in. Instead of that, they went in the old fashoined way and cut me about 6"-8" for one cut, another cut was about 3" and where the tube was about an 1". My left lung collapsed during the operation and i also stopped breathing on the table, so im glad im ALIVE!!!!!

I still need plenty of rest and im on some good pain meds to keep the pain down. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers!!!

Mike
