Appreciate all the replies. As I said before it probably saved me a lot of heart ache. I am going to pass these replies along to Indy Head. This nose in the air bullshit definitely rubs me the wrong way!

The cam bearings continue to be an issue. MP blocks have been known to have it too. The best way to stay clear of it is to measure the bores in at least 4 spots. And it's noy just mopar type blocks... A world product Ford aluminum had it too.
