Inherited my Dad's 69 'Cuda Formula S

My dad bought this Barracuda brand new in 1969 and soon after drove it from Washington State to Florida for his enlistment in the Air Force. While in Florida he did a lot of organized drag racing with the car and had some success. A couple years later he sold the 'Cuda to his cousin who has owned the car ever since. Cousin Bill contacted us last year asking if we would be interested in buying it back from him. My dad who is now 78 purchased the car and gifted it to me! Thanks Dad!

The car is in pretty good shape after all these years thanks to Cousin Bill but I am looking forward to (and have already begun) to fixing it up. I started by installing a new steering wheel as seen in the photo.

That is a nicely optioned car and a wonderful not often seen color choice. Console 4 gear with all the wood grain. I truly love it...Good call on steering wheel. It looks good with the dash and 4 gear knob.

With the exception of the color of the car and the callout stripe, our cars are almost twins. Is that Seafoam Green? On my computer, I can't tell if it is the Seafoam Green (turquoise) or the F8 Dark Metallic Green.
