Inner rear wheel well

Hi,
I removed the whole undercoating on my 66 barracuda and discover a lot of older repairs on the rear inner wheel wells on the right and left site. Now i want to make the repair right. It seems like the inner wheel weels are cuted at the end from someone in the past. I thing it was point welded to the outer ones from the factory. Do i am right on this?

Yes you are right. New is not available but you could post an add here in parts wanted for some used ones.
