installing lower ball joint boot..

is the boot supposed to slide right on ? because i am having a hell of a time trying to make it fit all the way around.. any tips?

They are pretty tight, you could use a little lubrication.

use a large socket and place it on the metal ring of the boot and tap it on to the joint.
