Hi,
I've got this radio Id like to install in my Duster. Not original but period correct and cosmetically excellent which will be a step up from the 80's beat up cassette player that's in there now. Question is - there is only the power wire, speaker wires and antenna hookup. Should there not be a black wire for ground? Thanks in advance.

Nearly everything of this era was metal and chassis grounded by mounting hardware. Adding a chassis ground wire may be necessary. Cant do any harm.

So can I just connect a wire to one of these screws on the case and then to a metal point on the car? Sorry my knowledge of electricity begins and ends with the hydro company sends the bill and I pay it. Thanks

yes sir. Ring terminal, toothed washer, screw, at car end. Forked terminal under any housing screw.
