I have a 71 duster that has a bad/trashed instrument panel and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get an after market one or has any other suggestions.

Where in Texas are you?? What exactly is wrong with yours??

What means "trashed" exactly, and yeh, what is it you are working on, what dash?
You can buy repop PC boards for some panels, and repairing them really isn't that tough
If you have lots of money, there are replacement aftermarket stuff for some panels.

The wiring under the dash is cut up and half of the instruments don't work.

If the wiring is cut up a new dash wont help, you need new wire. Or repair yours.
