I have several of these 7805 instrument cluster voltage regulators and heat sinks. They fit nicely into the heat sinks as shown. I THOUGHT I had gotten the 6v regulators, but I did not, they are the 7805, 5v regulators. I am also posting the pinout diagram here as well.
