intake and exhaust valves

[boilermaker]

any one experiment with big block exhaust valves as intake valves on a slant head? They are a bit longer than the slant , nothing a quick grind cant fix.

Used to be you could buy large valves designed for the Slant (1.70/1.44) from a guy that went by engnbldr on eBay. It's blocked at work, so I can't check, but those have been the go-to setup for Slant guys for years. Hope that helps.
