Intake gaskets?

I am putting a new manifold on my 340 using Fel Pro gaskets with the blue seal on one side
Which side does the blue seal go to the head side or the intake side? There is nothing in the package that says which way to place it.???

When I use Fel pro for an aftermarket i put the seal facing the intake.

I got both fiber and tin gaskets, which ones are the best to use with aluminum heads and intake?

I would probably use the fiber. Metal and aluminum can do funny things when in contact with one another, the tin will probably corrode over time.

felpro 1213 as snake said print o seal to the intake .

I think both gaskets are the same. Meaning on one side the blue side can only go the opposite of the other side. One side up the other side can only go down. Otherwise gasket wont fit. But I could be wrong.
