Intake Manifold leaks Coolant- Could it be too small??

I would get a different manifold. You may never get that one to work.

And I would make it a dual-plane with same size ports as are on the heads.

Good thought. After searching out this issue, I see that the Weiand 7510 isn't the best choice for a driver anyway. Heads are for a 2 bbl, so I'll start looking.
