Interchangable rear windows?

Is the passenger side read window interchangeable between a 73 swinger 2 door, and a 72 scamp 2 door?

Unless the window tracks are different and the glass is mounted to them in a different way. I don't know that they are or not though. Other than that the glass it self should be the same.
