I was a Millwright for 47 years and had several of those in my tool box, those can be made out of old drill bits too. The bits give you a bigger selection of diameters and lengths.

Tap them in, deform them and grab them with a pair of vice grips like a frost plug. looks doable....

That should work well on the LCA bushings. I used a standard cold chisel last time but will try this next time.
