The 1967 Barracuda Formula S I have has only 20K documented (and some change) original miles, its all OE (Sure-grip rear, power disc brakes - everything except A/C) does the low mileage make it worth anymore money?

I would say YES! A low mileage car is always worth more in most peoples book! Also the more documentation you have such as window stickers,build sheets,certicard,receipts and etc. are always a plus.That is why I save everything on every car that I own.

I would change this to "only if the car's condition reflects the mileage". Poor condition kills the value no matter how many miles and makes people not believe low miles anyway.
