Is there an adapter to put a Tuff Wheel on an Early A column?

I would kind of like to put a Tuff Wheel repop in one of my '64 Darts...is there an adapter to make it fit the old style column?

The splines are the same. The only adapatation you might have to do is to rework the turn signal cancelling finger -- and you might get away without having to change that.
