I would say so, yes!
Casting number says it's 64-66. I'm sure there's a date code on it somewhere.

Do you know where the date code would be located???? what about the manifold? is it a 65?

There ought to be a number on the manifold. Probably under the grease. That's where I found mine!

Beside the right engine support you can find the casting date!
date code on eary smallblock manifold is at rear of intake just to the left of the dist. the date code for the block will be on the left side of the block just behind the motor mount, both will read the same way MM/DD/Y.

on the left side on the block under the head is a pad with a letter: A=1965 and then CID 273 there is also a month and date of assembly of the engine. On the side of the block is a casting date the early cars could have a considerable gap from cast to assy.
