Is this an original fullsize spare tire?

Small bolt pattern, 6 95 R 14 is the tire size.

That tire size was standard with Baracuda formula S in 65 & 66, probably a lot more cars. Normally they were nylon constuction, but yours is 695 R 14. meaning radial.

So.... would it be an original spare tire for a 67 Barracuda 273-2V, then?

no because its a radial not bias ply.

Bias ply has been with us from the beginning (1890's) Radials were introduced in 1965 and may be could have been ordered special on any given car, they became the normal standard equipment in the mid 1970's.
