Here's my reasoning.

1--This does not appear to have an AF lens, but rather an older manual lens. People "who don't use" cameras don't do this sort of thing

2--It has whatever Nikon calls (Canon calls it "a grip") the big battery pack on the bottom. People "who don't use" cameras don't buy this sort of thing

3--It has a big aftermarket camera bag. Again........................

4--Not familiar with Nikons (I shoot Canons) looks like an expensive model to me

5--No charger???

Isn't THAT convenient that "we can't turn it on," so maybe it's not stolen, maybe the camera is just DEAD??

Make offer? You bet. 25 bucks

We bought this for dad and he doesn't use it. its missing charger for the batteries, so the batteries r dead and I can't turn it on. worked fine before they died. comes with case and all wires we bought it with. serious inquries only please. also comes with a lens....................................make me an offer.

I think it's a D80. That's what I have. Not worth a whole lot anymore...maybe $200-$250. Perhaps a little more with the grip. But $25 is a small investment if it does actually work.
