I had a chance to get my 65cuda started for the first time today. Had to put gas in carb but it did start. It will not idle and the exhaust had a strong odor to it. I don't know how long it has been since the car was started, so I guess I should be happy it started and ran. I know the carb will have to be rebuilt.Hopefully that and a tune up and the motor will be Ok.Oil pressure was good, but it did run rough,No knocks or valve rattles so that sounds good right.

I remember those days, lol! Ruined a couple nice jean jackets back in the day. Ever notice how well cotton burns? And how hard it is to put out.
