Nice job toolman, very creative and well done. I used to carve pumpkins like that but haven't done one for 15 or more years. I guess I kinda quit when the kids got older.

Looks good, here is mine and my wife's; her's is the witch and I did a Ninja Turtle. Made a contest out of it and had fun doing them.

The Justice League!
We bought $50+ worth of candy at Wal Mart on Sunday. I had to go to Walgreens tonight for more. $35+ but we had a bowl left. It's hard to count but I would estimate at least 150 little goblins begging for treats. Lot's of cute kids and costumes including my wife and her witch costume. We get many repeat customers from last year and lots of good comments from the kids and the parents. We get a lot of goblins from the other side of town where the house next door is a crack house. They are very friendly and say "thanks" a lot. That's why we do what we do. Because of Halloween being on Wednesday, I didn't have a lot of time to decorate ahead of time. I still put out the smoke machine and the spooky cd's with a strobe lite that goes off to the base notes (thunder on the cd) We also have a animated ghost with a motion detector that spent the whole night moaning and flinging his arms about.
