I have no unearthly idea (not mine as stated). Maybe it matches a sales receipt. Best bet would maybe be contact the listing party and report back?
 
Sounds like a replacement engine....which would probably not have any numbers stamped in it.
 
That’s quite a potential price range he’s asking.... a running pre ‘70 muscle car..... ford, chev or Chrysler. $5k to $250k!
