Just wondering If my motor mounts are in properly picture on my FSM is a little scratchy So while my rotating assembly is at the balancer I decided to do a oil pen K frame mockup to find out if there was Clarence and like a 100 posts I read on this issue I am going to have to cut either the K frame or the oil Pan for Clarence I have decided to cut the oil Pan Because of my professional son welder. Thanks for your responses in advance and thank all of you that have helped me on this website to build this car never would have been able to do it without you.

That block must have cost a fortune, being cast out of gold.

I'd notch that K frame so fast it would make your head spin.....lol. The K frame won't leak......the oil pan will.

Notching looks like a must.

I would be sure to make the notch round to prevent a corner for a crack to start in the k frame
