K-frame and torsion bar removal

Can anyone tell me the easiest and safest way to remove the torsion bars and K-frame. I have a 65 Cuda and this is my last part of dissasembly. Thanks guys!

put a jack under the k frame unbolt every thing back off the torsion bar tenshioners all the way. knock the k member forward and the torsion bars should come out of the sockets with out to much trouble.that's a lot easier than taking the bars out individually and you don't need any special tools.good luck.
