Thats mean it will not look like others and the one in Schumacher side.

Im pretty sure this is 383 BigBlock 1968 Kmember manual steering, can anyone with 68 383 Dart/Barracuda confirm it?

It may look alike slant6 Kmember 68-69 part#2883982 because close part#, possible?

yep, all the k's were drilled for the swaybar... :)

It doesn't matter what steering a Mopar came with, the k-member was the same.

See Pic.
Big block perch will be in the green circled area.
You have a slant 6 K.

GOOD LUCK!
I have the original k-member that some Dumba$$ cut the left mount off and welded an unknown mount to install a smallblock. Geez, the nerve of some people.

I have seen them going for HIGH dollar on ebay and several elsewhere for $600.... I guess they are worth their weight in gold. You will also have to find the correct steel mount for the left side that attaches to the front of the head.

I have decided to use a 73 smallblock k-member and cut the spool mounts according to Direct-Connection specs and use the stronger spool mounts instead of the sorry sandwich mounts that always tear the first time the clutch is sidestepped. Yeah I know, use a torque strap. No thank you! Trying to look as stock as possible. I decided to scrap the turbo thing until I can find another body without the "H" code so it can be cut up without destroying the value.

Here is a photo of the correct one, scroll the left side bar to Kframe id and go to second page to bottom.
