Don't know if this happened to anyone else...
On Tuesday (the day AFTER Cyber Monday sales) I got a mailer from Kanter offering 20% off for Black Friday or Cyber Monday purchases. I have been looking at new torsion bars and thought this would be a good opportunity, so I called to explain the late arrival and ask if I could still get the deal. The salesperson said he understood, but the offer had ended. He said his manager might be able to offer me something and transferred me over to him. I got voicemail so I explained the issue (and mentioned I was a FABO member) and waited for a return call - a call that has not been returned. Very disappointing.
During my career, I was very involved in marketing and know that USPS has a fairly large delivery window on bulk mailing materials. If you dont get them to UPSP well ahead of the sale dates of your item, they are subject to arrival late. Guessing that's what happened here. Won't be using Kanter anymore given the lack of customer service.
