Are the disc hubs different from drum hubs? I know the spindles are different but how about the hubs if I had disc spindles?

Good question, why are the spindles different? (I think I knew this and forgot).
I plan on rebuilding my brakes in the spring, and hopefully in the process I will be able to answer alot of questions.
The KH questions come up alot, someone should write a book.

I understand that I have picked up a set of spindles bare and was wondering if the drum hubs would work as he threw away the hubs/rotors years ago.
