Kelsey Hayes leaky cross over line

Any suggestions on getting a pesky caliper cross over line to stop leaking? The seat isn’t in the best shape. Does anyone know of a source for the seat itself?
I’ve used a small copper washer I made, but I just can’t get it to stop leaking.
