Hello, I test fitted the kevko M301KO 6 quart oil pan stock location with kick outs. It’s going into a 1970 duster with my 390 stroker motor. I put a notch into the lip of the k frame and got the pan on the engine and the motor mounts bolted and tranny fitted up. It is still resting on the k frame on the passenger side. Next steps will be to trim the pan corner. Just wondering how much I should cut off. How much room do I need between the pan and k frame? 3/4” Or more? Anyone use this pan?

Did you get this pan installed ....did you have any problems with header clearance ect....

I’m going to put the engine on a different K member before installing it… so I will take care of notches before it goes in the car…

Yes pan has been on the engine and in my 70 duster for 2 years now. My Doug’s headers had no clearance issues. Pan hasn’t leaked a drop. After notching the lip on the stock k frame and cutting that corner of the pan down clearance is fine. I’m happy with it so far.

thanks for the update…Just ordered one this week
