I need the linkage like in the link picture that has the trnasmission kick down spring atttached and has the slot end that can be turned to adjust the lenght. The linkage I have now has the tang welded on top pointing in toward the carb instead of below pointing out toward the driver fender to connect the tranny spring. link picture borrowed from another thread: http://imageevent.com/dodgemain/1968dodgedart

Neither one of mine has a tab for the spring...they have an elongated spring that goes to where the link attatches to the bellcrank (?).

Is this what you're looking for? This is correct '67 Commando (4bbl) linkage.

Could you just flip yours over so the tang is correct and re-bend the rod to fit? The rod itself is fairly soft to bend. Chuck it up in a vise and use a propane torch to heat.

That is what mine looks like and that is a idea to rebend the end. I may try that if I can't find one at a reasonable price. Thanks for the idea.

I can't flip it over but may try to heat and remove the tang and weld under neath. Any suggestions out there?
