How the heck do I hook it up?
I have a holley 750 vac and a air gap intake

I just installed a cable kickdown on my 69 cuda. I ordered it from mancini with the bracket that bolts on the carb. With the air gap you will have make some changes to the rod lenghts to get the stock linkage to work. This was a bolt on thing and works great. Hope this helps, Tom

I think I might Just go with the Reverse Pattern Valve Body to save the trouble

you will need holley pn 20-7....

are you converting from a 2 barrel to a 4 barrel?

What would be better/easier going to reverse pattrn VB or staying with the stock VB and buying the Lokar Kickdown?

Kinda six on half dozen or the other. About the same amount of time to do either. If you don't mind shifting through the gears at every stop a manual VB is fine. Installation of the VB is pretty easy. Just make sure your trans is in good shape cause the harder shifting is hard on stuff. Installation of the cable isn't too hard either but may take a few drives to get it adjusted right.

Going with the manual VB and rebuilding with the transmission also. Thanks everyone
