Came in my parts car was told it was a good motor but I figured it would make a good rebuild core. Previous owner removed 4bbl intake and valve covers and I used the pickup tube.

They maybe put the cast iron water pump on it to go with the early A Bodies and radiators that have the lower hose exit on the driver's side.

'68 and '69 318s had the driver side exit cast iron water pumps. Think the 273s had them too.
