Does anyone know how much (if any) difference there is between a LA crossmember and an RB crossmember? Wanting to put an RB in a 318 Dart.

No difference.
Slant 6, small block, big block; all the same.
Edit:
When you said "crossmember", I assumed you were talking about the transmission crossmember.
Then it occurred to me that you may mean the front "K" frame. Those are all engine-specific, and there can also be differences between years regarding idler arm mounts and motor mount styles. But there are aftermarket conversion mounts available to put a big block on a small block or slant 6 K frame.

yes, k-frame is what i meant. is there anywhere to get a dimensional chart with possibly the mounting surface dimensioned, like between them or such?

Years ago when I didn't know any better, I put big blocks in place of small blocks with out any special parts. I remember having to notch the left side mount pedestal for the oil pump clearance and turning the rubber pad mount some to align up. No big deal. A , B & E body, didn't matter.

Ok, i'll check it out in the shop floor with dummy parts to make sure.

Post a photo of the k frame in question.

The serious k frames are visually different and identifiabl

K frame ****!

Some lean to one side

Some are on the smaller side

Some are really big.

Others have a bolt that goes through a hole in a bushing

And some are flat

Don't like the flat ones. I like em more on the small curvy side
