Is the bushing that comes with the hardened drive the same inner diameter as a stock drive bushing? If so, any need to replace if the stock is in good condition?

Depends on the bushing.
Some bushings need to be burnished/sized after installatiion. I have also heard people talking on here about bushings that do not need to be sized.

You'll just have to measure them and see if you've got adequate clearances.

Any tips/tricks removing the existing bushing? Ideally without removing the intake manifold.

Since you must have the pan off anyway if you're replacing the oil pump & pickup, just flip the engine over and knock it out from the bottom.
